International standard organization द्वारा qms के लिए kuch requirements points को बनाया गया है जो की सभी organization के लिए apply होता है।

scope clause में निम्नलिखित मतों को शामिल किया गया है :-

1. scope के अंदर हम ये जानते है की organization द्वारा अपने पुराने और नए customer को सही से समझना बहुत आवश्यक है, organization को custumer satisfaction के लिए दी जाने वाली product और services के बारे में हमेशा सभी तरह की जानकारी ज्ञात होनी चाहिए,और  सभी नियम apply करने के लिए प्रयोग किये जाने वाले statutory और regulatory requirements पता होना जरुरी है।  इसके अतिरिक्त

What is terms and definitions in ISO 9001?

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System में सभी तरह के documents को तैयार करने के लिए कुछ मुख्य terms and conditions को बनाया गया है जो की apply होता है।

3.01 Organization

Organization में सभी perosns को अपनी responsibilities  और function का पता होना चाहिए। 

3.02 Interested party 

Interested parties वो parties होती हो जो की किसी कंपनी और व्यक्ति को प्रभावित करती है , और हम इनके बिना कोई भी work नहीं कर सकते। \

3.03 Requirement 

1. इसमें  वो सभी requirements होते है जो की orgqanization को जरूरत होती है। 
2. कौन – कौन से document require है ये decide किया जाता है। 
3. Product requirements, quality management, customer requirements, interested parties requirements को list किया जाता है।

इस clause  में  Organization द्वारा internal और external issues ,pupose और strategic direction को पहले से define किया जाता है ताकि तैयार किये गए results को लाया जा सके और quality management system को लागू किया जा सके। 

Organization द्वारा इन सभी internal information पर ज्यादा focus किया जाता है। 

1. कंपनी के अंदर positive और negative factors आदि शामिल हो सकते है। 
2. company external कारको को भी जानना बहुत जरुरी होता है , इसमें egal,
   technological, cultural, social and economic environments, whether international, national, regional or local.  competitive, market . सभी पर focus किया जाता है।

4.2 Understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties

Organization  को लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए अपने product और services को customer requirements के अनुसार होना चाहिए इस कारण इसमें statutory और regulatory requirements को पूरा किया जाता है।  जो की निम्नलिखित है :- 

1. सभी Interested parties quality management system के अनुसार आते है। 
2.  और इनके सभी requiremensts qms द्वारा दिया जाता है। 

Organization द्वारा interested parties को मॉनीटोर और review भी किया जाता है। 

4.3 Determining the scope of the quality management system

organization द्वारा qms के सभी scope को सही से define किया जाना चाहिए जो को निम्नलिखित है :-

Scope बनाते समय निम्न बाते याद रखना चाहिए 

1. External और Internal issues को सही तरह समझना जो की 4.1 में सही तरह  समझाया गया है 
2. Relevant interested parties के requirements को सही तरह समझना। 
3. organization के product और services को समझना।

4.4 Quality management system and its processes

4.4.1 

organization द्वारा implement, maintain and continually improve quality
management system को लागू करना चाहिए और सभी process needs requirements को international standard के according organization में लागु करना चाहिए। 

organization द्वारा process को determine करना चाहिए और उसके application को भी define करना है।

Management द्वारा quality management system को लागू करने के लिए leadership को प्रदर्शित करना आवश्यक है। 

जो की निम्नलिखित होते है :-

1. quality management system के effectiveness को बढ़ाने के  लिए accountability बनाना। 
2. Quality management को बनाते समय quality policy और quality objectives को ensure करना।

5.1.2 Customer focus

Top Management के द्वारा customer respect और focus करने के लिए निम्न steps follow किया जाते है :-

10.1 General

इसके लिए निम्न कदम उठाये जाते है :-

1. Products और services को improve करना और इसके साथ ही future needs, expectation आदि को देख कर plan तेयार करना। 
2. correcting, preventing और  reducing undesired effects को खत्म करना। 
3. quality management system की Performance और effectiveness बढ़ाने के लिए कदम उठाना। 

10.2 Nonconformity and corrective action

10.2.1

Nonconfirmity आने पर निम्न कदम उठाये जाते है :-

1. Nonconfirmity को देखे और उसको ठीक करने के लिए action ले। 
2. consequences के लिए work करे। 
3. reviewing and analysing the nonconformity.
4. review the effectiveness of any corrective action taken (action ले )
5. Make changes to quality management system, if need.

10.2.2

organization द्वारा सभी nonconfirmities का documented proof होना चाहिए। 

10.3 Continual improvement

organization के द्वारा हमेशा suitability को improve करना चाहिए और quality management system के effectiveness में improvement लाना चाहिए। 

organization द्वारा सभी results को monitor करके उसको analysis और evaluation करना चाहिए ,और management team द्वारा reviews प्राप्त करना चाहिए ताकि इसको और better किया जा सके।
