IATF Manual

Iatf 16949 Manual in Hindi :- Iatf 16949 maual International automotive Task force द्वारा तैयार किया गया एक system है। जिसे automotive qms भी कहा जाता है। Iatf manual हमें ये बताता है की हम कैसे Iatf 16949 को organization में implement कर सकते है।

 जैसा  की हम जान चुके है की Iatf 16949 क्या होता  है, हमने आपको बताया था की Iatf का पूरा नाम  International automotive Task force  होता है जो की iso 9001 के लगभग समान ही होता है। लेकिन ये मुख्यता automotive industry के बारे में ज्यादा system को लागू करता है। 

IATF  में 10 Manual/clauses  होते है जो निम्न है।

IATF का निर्माण organization में same उसी प्रकार होता है जैसे ISO 9001:2015 में होता है। इस बात का धयान रखे की IATF Automotive के लिए और अधिक requirements को implement करता है। 

International standard organization द्वारा qms के लिए kuch requirements points को बनाया गया है जो की सभी organization के लिए apply होता है। Iatf 16949 Manual in Hindi

scope clause में निम्नलिखित मतों को शामिल किया गया है :-

1. scope के अंदर हम ये जानते है की organization द्वारा अपने पुराने और नए customer को सही से समझना बहुत आवश्यक है, organization को custumer satisfaction के लिए दी जाने वाली product और services के बारे में हमेशा सभी तरह की जानकारी ज्ञात होनी चाहिए,और  सभी नियम apply करने के लिए प्रयोग किये जाने वाले statutory और regulatory requirements पता होना जरुरी है।  इसके अतिरिक्त
2. Scope में हम customer satisfaction को अधिक प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रयास उठाते है, इसके लिए हम अपने सभी quality system को better करते है, और customer needs को देखते हुए कार्य करते है। Quality management system clauses in hindi

1.1 Scope IATF

Automotive Supplemental to ISO 9001:2015

Automotive QMS standard द्वारा quality management system के लिए design और development, production, assembly, installation आदि को शामिल किया गया है जो की automotive products से सम्बंधित होते है। इसमें कोई प्रोडक्ट या फिर joint software भी हो सकते है। 

Automotive QMS standard उस organization में apply होता है जहाँ पर customer specified production parts, service parts, और accessory पार्ट्स आदि आते हो  और ये automotive supply chain से apply होता है। Iatf 16949 Manual in Hindi

Normative references का hindi में मानक संदर्भ है ये एक तरह का document होता है , जिसमे सभी तरह के मानक दस्तावेजों को रखा जाता है।

2.1 Normative and informative references

Annex -A  – Automotive QMS में control plan को normative part बताया गया है। 

Annex -B ( Bibliography) automotive qms में ये समझा जाता है की इसका प्रयोग क्या है।

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System में सभी तरह के documents को तैयार करने के लिए कुछ मुख्य terms and conditions को बनाया गया है जो की apply होता है।

3.1 terms and definitions for the automotive industry

Accessory Part 

इसमें वो सभी components को शामिल किया जाता है जिसका प्रयोग customer द्वारा किया जाता है और जो vehicle से electronically connected होते है इसमें वो भी parts को शामिल किया जाता है जिसमे कोई vehicle को customer तक पहुंचने से पहले प्रयोग होता है । जैसे :- custom floor mats,truck bed liners,wheel cover, sound system, sunroofs आदि। Iatf 16949 Manual in Hindi 

Advanced product quality planning (APQP)

apqp द्वारा किसी products के developement preocess के बारे में पता चलता है ताकि customer requirements को सही तरह से पूरा किया जा सके।  apqp के माध्यम  से हमको एक रिजल्ट प्राप्त हो जाता है जिसके  माध्यम से हम products को और सही तरह से developed कर सकते है। Iatf 16949 Manual in Hindi

Apqp के माध्यम से हमको design testing specification, production process design,  quality inspection standards, process capabilty, production capability, product pakaging, प्रोडक्ट टेस्टिंग operator training plan, आदि के बारे में जानकारी प्रपात हो  जाती है। 

Aftermarket Part

OEM द्वारा किसी भी product का replacement नहीं दिया जाता। 

Authorization 

ये iatf के अंतर्गत किसी व्यक्ति को दिया गया अधिकार होता है। 

Challenge (Master) Part

ये वो पार्ट होता है, जिसमे सभी spewcifications को verify कर लिया गया होता है और उसके results हमें ज्ञात होते है।  और हम इस पार्ट के प्रयोग अन्य part को check करने के लिए कर सकते है। Iatf 16949 Manual in Hindi

Control plan 

ये documented system और process का description होता है जो की सभी required controlling को बताता है जिसका प्रयोग product manufacturing में किया जाता है। 

Customer requirements

Customer specific requirements

सभी requirements को customer द्वारा specified किया जाता है। जैसे की technical, product and manufacturing, commercial और process requirements आदि इसके अतिरिक्त यदि कोई और requirements होती है तो वो Customer specific requirements कहलाती है। 

Design for assembly

Design for manufacturing 

किसी product को production में लाने के बाद बनाया गया सिस्टम design.
