• सबसे पहले Fmea 1950s  में developed हुआ।
• Ford American Automotive Sector कंपनी द्वारा सबसे पहले अपने यहां लागु किया।
• बाद में Fmea को Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) और American Society For Quality Control Copyright द्वारा 1993 में standard दिया गया।

Potential Failure Mode क्या है ?

• ये एक तरीका है जिसमे हम किसी product , system , components होने के कारण को identify करते है।

यह potential failure को उसके team level के according relate करता है।

Severity (s)

severity एक value है जो 1 से 10 तक होती है इसको हम fmea  ( FMEA kya hai fmea full form ) में failure mode को उसके effect के अनुसार value को देते है। और ये एक relevant ranking होती है।

Classification 

1. ये high priority वाले failure modes और उसके causes को highlight करता है।

इसमें causes को consider किया जाता है , और highest occurrence rate और detection ranking को दिया जाता है।

Prerequisites ForDevelopment of process FMEA

1. कौन से प्रोसैस होने है इसका एक लिस्ट बनाए ।

3. process flow diagram से product identify होना चाहिए और process characteristics सभी process का पता होना चाहिए ।
4. High Level process map बनाया जाना चाहिए और detailed मे flow  diagram को present किया जाना चाहिए ।
